The Hyatt at Olive 8, situated in the vibrant downtown Seattle area, is one of the prominent properties within this esteemed collection, alongside other notable hotels such as Hyatt Regency Seattle and Grand Hyatt Seattle. This network of hotels collectively offers an exciting opportunity for career growth and exposure to multi-property operations within a dynamic urban market. Hyatt has earned accreditation as a Great Place to Work in the U.S. for twelve consecutive years, reflecting its commitment to employee satisfaction, inclusion, and professional growth. The company's excellent reputation is enhanced by a strong benefits package and perks designed to support its diverse workforce in balancing their personal and professional lives.

We are currently seeking an experienced Area Revenue Manager to join our Area Revenue Team based primarily out of the Hyatt at Olive 8. This pivotal leadership role involves overseeing revenue optimization efforts across multiple Hyatt properties in the Seattle area, including Rooms and Events segments. This role requires a strategic thinker with analytical prowess and strong leadership capabilities, who can leverage data insights to inform business planning, forecasting, and commercial initiatives that align with overall brand standards and market trends.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor performance, and booking patterns to identify revenue opportunities and risks, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive revenue strategies, and maintaining rate integrity across all distribution channels to protect brand reputation. An essential aspect of the position includes managing group and event revenue optimization, partnering with event planning teams to maximize space utilization and profitability. This role also demands advanced Excel skills and familiarity with revenue management platforms such as Ideas or Hyatt Prio. The Area Revenue Manager will foster a culture of continuous learning within the commercial services team while contributing directly to the hotels' financial performance.

The salary range for this position is $80,169 to $115,300, with compensation decisions based on factors including qualifications, experience, and education. The expected start date is between the end of March and early May. Joining Hyatt means becoming part of a culture that supports you in bringing your whole self to work every day and empowers you to achieve excellence in hospitality revenue management.
