The company is currently seeking a skilled professional to manage revenue strategy and distribution specifically for condo and vacation rental properties. This role is instrumental in driving revenue growth and increasing market share by reviewing budgets, optimizing pricing and inventory across multiple channels, and executing comprehensive revenue management processes. The Revenue Manager will analyze market performance, adapt strategies to evolving trends, and collaborate closely with operations and leadership teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals.

Additionally, the position involves overseeing the performance of online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Airbnb and Vrbo, ensuring that property listings are optimized and comply with regulatory and corporate standards. The role also includes mentoring and coaching a Revenue Analyst to develop their skills and contribute effectively to the team. Employment is full-time with a competitive starting salary ranging from $61,000 to $67,100, with opportunities for higher compensation based on applicant qualifications.
