Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university or related experience in business administration, finance and accounting, economics, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 3 years experience in the revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional area
- or 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university or related experience in business administration, finance and accounting, economics, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 1 year experience in the revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional area
- ability to analyze and synthesize sales and market data
- excellent communication and coordination skills
- proficient in using reservation and demand forecasting systems
- ability to work remotely as required
- management experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree or 4-year bachelor’s degree from accredited university or related experience in business administration, finance and accounting, economics, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 3 years experience in revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional area with 2-year degree
- 1 year experience with 4-year bachelor’s degree
- proficient in analyzing and interpreting sales and market data
- skilled in using reservation systems and demand forecasting tools
- strong problem-solving and communication skills
- knowledge of hotel revenue management principles and brand standards
Job Duties
- Maintain transient rooms inventory for hotel(s)
- Release group rooms back into general inventory and maintain booking windows
- Recommend pricing and positioning of cluster properties
- Oversee inventory management system to verify selling strategies
- Analyze sales data and monitor performance against projections
- Refine sales strategies to increase market share
- Communicate and coordinate with general managers, sales teams, and stakeholders
