- Experience with LEAN processes and principles desirable
- Familiarity with SharePoint, MS Teams, and online collaboration tools beneficial
Job Duties
- Operate mail opener to open and prepare incoming property tax payments for processing
- Identify payments that cannot be posted and return to sender
- Review and enter name and address changes
- Enter account or parcel numbers into formatted excel spreadsheets with accuracy and speed
- Collect and process cash, checks, cards, and other payments primarily for property taxes
- Reconcile collections against subsystems and respond to questions about payments
- Support processing teams including cashiers and revenue collections
- Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
