The Revenue & Events Coordinator role offers an exciting entry-level opportunity within this lively environment, designed for organized, proactive individuals looking to kickstart their careers in sales, marketing, and event coordination. In this hybrid role, the selected candidate will gain hands-on experience managing community outreach activities, supporting sales initiatives, and assisting with local event execution. The position is split between responsibilities in both sales and marketing, reflecting the company’s integrated approach to generating leads, building partnerships, and promoting community engagement. Working closely with a senior-level coordinator, the Revenue & Events Coordinator will receive mentorship and guidance, ensuring a supportive onboarding process without the need for constant escalation to executive leadership.

The day-to-day responsibilities involve active outreach through cold calls and networking efforts aimed at schools, churches, PTAs, HOAs, sports teams, local businesses, and community organizations. This role requires nurturing relationships and qualifying leads to drive bookings for diverse smaller-scale events such as field trips, spirit nights, birthday parties, and group activities. The role also entails supporting the promotion of local activities and maintaining in-park signage and materials to boost visibility and participation. Content creation is a key element as well, with the coordinator responsible for crafting short-form TikTok videos under the guidance of the Revenue and Events Manager to ensure the company’s brand messaging remains consistent and engaging.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field, and have at least three years of relevant experience in business development, sales, marketing, or revenue management. Experience with overseeing multiple locations or regional territories is highly desirable, as is a strong foundation in group sales, event sales, and local store marketing efforts. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are essential to build and maintain strategic partnerships and represent the company professionally at various community and networking events.

Job Duties

  • Conduct cold calls and outreach to schools, churches, PTAs, HOAs, sports teams, businesses, and local organizations
  • Qualify and follow up with all leads and support booking/confirmation of traditional smaller scale events
  • Escalate private park rental/non-traditional large group bookings to regional or director
  • Attend networking events to promote the park and generate new leads
  • Forward qualified leads to the Marketing and Sales Manager for support with closing
  • Support bookings for field trips, Spirit Nights, birthday parties, and other group events
  • Submit weekly activity reports and join weekly check-in calls
  • Execute local promotions and events as defined by the Marketing and Sales Management team
  • Maintain in-park signage and flyers
  • Assist with special events and in-park activations
  • Create and post short-form TikTok content following direction and guidelines to ensure brand consistency
