The Seasonal Event Coordinator position at REVELXP is tailored for an individual with a keen focus on revenue and operational excellence. Reporting to the General Manager, Event Manager, or Deputy General Manager, this role involves executing the company’s objectives at assigned sports properties. The ideal candidate plays a critical role in building strong relationships with guests and leading hourly game day staff and office personnel to ensure smooth and successful event execution. This position demands exceptional interpersonal and communication skills along with a demonstrated ability to succeed in sales activities and to foster relationships with stakeholders from various industries. The Seasonal Event Coordinator must effectively gather and interpret key information to support operational decisions and collaborate seamlessly with various colleagues.

Job Duties
- Lead the flawless execution of events at partner schools with emphasis on game day operations
- Provide guidance and support to hourly staff to ensure exceptional service during game day events
- Facilitate weekly coordination meetings to align staff and define operational priorities
- Manage operational processes including quality control and inventory management
- Update and maintain customer logs for vendor and operations communication
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with game day vendors as main point of contact
- Provide excellent onsite customer service addressing guest inquiries and concerns
- Identify opportunities to enhance guest experience during events
