Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic proficiency with inventory management and customer log systems

Job Duties
- Lead the flawless execution of events at partner schools with a special emphasis on game day operations
- Provide guidance and support to hourly staff ensuring exceptional service delivery during game day events
- Facilitate weekly coordination meetings to align staff and define game day operational priorities and expectations
- Manage operational processes including quality control and inventory management to ensure smooth event execution
- Update and maintain customer logs for communication and service improvement
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with game day vendors as the main point of contact for collaboration
- Provide excellent customer service onsite addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Identify opportunities to enhance the overall guest experience during events
