The Seasonal Event Coordinator role at REVELXP calls for a revenue and operations-focused individual who will support senior management including the General Manager, Event Manager, and Deputy General Manager at assigned properties. This role is central to building strong guest relationships and leading game day staff to execute seamless events. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to synthesize key information and collaborate across departments are crucial to success in this role.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality industry

Job Duties

  • Lead the flawless execution of events at partner schools with a special emphasis on game day operations
  • Provide guidance and support to hourly staff ensuring exceptional service delivery during game day events
  • Facilitate weekly coordination meetings to align staff and define game day operational priorities and expectations
  • Manage operational processes including quality control and inventory management to ensure smooth event execution
  • Update and maintain customer logs for communication and service improvement
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with game day vendors as the main point of contact for collaboration
  • Provide excellent customer service onsite addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the overall guest experience during events
