Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or sales preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate hourly staff
- Strong organizational skills
- Capacity to work flexible hours, including weekends and game days
- Must be able to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Job Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales activities and relationship building
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience leading or managing event or hospitality staff
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Experience with event operations or hospitality management
- Ability to synthesize and communicate key information across teams
Job Duties
- Lead the flawless execution of events at partner schools, with emphasis on game day operations
- Provide guidance and support to hourly staff to deliver exceptional service during events
- Facilitate weekly coordination meetings to align staff and set operational priorities
- Manage operational processes including quality control and inventory management
- Update and maintain customer logs to improve communication and service delivery
- Cultivate relationships with game day vendors and serve as main contact
- Provide excellent onsite customer service addressing guest inquiries and concerns
- Identify opportunities to enhance overall guest experience during events
