Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or sales preferred
  • Ability to lead and motivate hourly staff
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Capacity to work flexible hours, including weekends and game days
  • Must be able to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
  • Valid driver’s license preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales activities and relationship building
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience leading or managing event or hospitality staff
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Experience with event operations or hospitality management
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate key information across teams

Job Duties

  • Lead the flawless execution of events at partner schools, with emphasis on game day operations
  • Provide guidance and support to hourly staff to deliver exceptional service during events
  • Facilitate weekly coordination meetings to align staff and set operational priorities
  • Manage operational processes including quality control and inventory management
  • Update and maintain customer logs to improve communication and service delivery
  • Cultivate relationships with game day vendors and serve as main contact
  • Provide excellent onsite customer service addressing guest inquiries and concerns
  • Identify opportunities to enhance overall guest experience during events
