Job Duties

  • Lead flawless execution of events at partner schools with emphasis on game day operations
  • Provide guidance and support to hourly staff ensuring exceptional service during game day events
  • Facilitate weekly coordination meetings to align staff and define operational priorities
  • Manage operational processes including quality control and inventory management
  • Update and maintain customer logs to enhance communication and service delivery
  • Cultivate relationships with game day vendors acting as main contact for collaboration
  • Provide excellent onsite customer service addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Identify opportunities to enhance overall guest experience during events
