Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in event coordination or hospitality preferred
- availability to work nights and weekends including all home football games
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency in payroll and staff management systems
- ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Manage all operational aspects of an on-campus satellite office
- fulfill assigned specific roles and duties for suites and clubs during football season
- deliver exceptional hospitality to clients, stakeholders, key patrons, and guests on game days
- execute a successful recruitment plan for part-time, game-day/event staff to ensure proper staffing of premium seating areas
- collaborate with human resources to administer payroll processes including background checks, e-verification, direct deposit, and hours documentation
- implement training plans and oversee game day/event staff operations
- organize and maintain game day event supplies and materials
- assist in communication within the athletic department including maintaining budgets and providing pre-season and post-game reports
- establish and maintain positive relations with donors, seat holders, game day staff, vendors, and university administration
- work independently and manage all staff and functions of a game day manager
- perform other duties as assigned
