The company offers not only fan experience management but also comprehensive hospitality solutions for team and event partners, including event staffing, management, premium hospitality management, and venue installations. Rapidly growing, REVELXP is on the lookout for goal-oriented, purpose-driven, and high-energy individuals seeking to join an innovative team that redefines game day experiences.
At REVELXP, we are passionate about transforming game days into memory-making events that ignite fan passion, increase attendance, and build loyalty for sports and entertainment brands worldwide. This dedication translates into a range of career opportunities that span hospitality, operations, and revenue generation. Our dynamic and fast-paced work environment fosters true partnerships with professional sports properties and prides itself on valuing service, entrepreneurship, and joy.
The General Manager (GM) role at REVELXP is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing, managing, and operating events at designated locations. The GM's duties include recruiting, training, and managing capable local staff based on the company’s standards of service excellence. On event days, the GM leads team management and event operations at the venue, ensuring flawless execution and customer satisfaction. Taking charge of a diverse portfolio of events, the GM provides leadership to event management personnel while acting as the primary on-site contact for business partners. This involves cultivating and expanding business relationships, managing budgets and reports, and maintaining compliance with company policies—all essential to growing the business.
This position requires an individual comfortable with working night and weekend shifts as events often occur during these periods. Additionally, occasional travel is part of the role to support events at various locations. The General Manager operates under the direct supervision of the Regional General Manager and plays a critical role in driving the successful delivery of hospitality services at major sporting venues. Working at REVELXP offers an exciting blend of responsibilities, exposure to major sports events, and a chance to contribute meaningfully to shaping fan experiences nationwide.
