The Assistant General Manager (AGM) position at REVELXP plays a vital role in supporting the General Manager in managing and overseeing event operations at a designated location. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including office administration, scheduling, and overall office management, ensuring smooth operational flow. The AGM is actively involved in recruiting, hiring, and training local staff, maintaining high standards in line with REVELXP's service excellence. On event days, the AGM assists with managing the team and operational delivery at the venue, providing leadership and ensuring superior customer service. This position requires a proactive approach to business growth and relationship building, supporting client retention and exploring new business opportunities. Given the nature of events, the AGM must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and occasional travel. This role reports directly to the General Manager and is ideal for individuals ready to lead diverse event portfolios and contribute significantly to the success of REVELXP's hospitality commitments.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or sports event management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in administrative and office management tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed

Job Duties
- Provide administrative support in the overall operation of events
- Communicate regularly with the REVELXP Staffing Operations Management Team to provide updates on internal and external account operations
- Support the General Manager in building and maintaining client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Assist in large-scale staff training on company and client venue standards including emergency management and customer service
- Create and track event invoices using the REVELXP workforce management system
- Ensure compliance with company administrative policies and procedures
- Manage account budgets, reporting, invoicing, onboarding processes, time tracking, and communications for all clients and groups within the account
