Job Duties

Provide excellent guest service by welcoming and assisting every guest
Prepare, sell, and stock food items while maintaining quality and safety standards
Operate cash register accurately, handle transactions, and maintain cash drawer
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all store areas including restrooms and kitchen
Cross-train to perform multiple roles including cashier, host/hostess, food service team member/prep cook, and barista
Solve guest and team member issues efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience
Participate in marketing promotions and support loyalty program enrollment
