Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales and leading teams in a retail environment
- Effective communication skills
- Strong time management and analytical abilities
- Patience and resourcefulness in problem solving
- Availability to work open and closing shifts including weekends and holidays
- Punctual and reliable work attendance

Job Duties
- Drive results as manager on duty by maximizing store productivity and building customer relationships
- Assist the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager in leveraging sales reports and trends to achieve store sales and service goals
- Ensure store standards for cleanliness, visual merchandising, inventory management, TQM compliance, and cash processes are maintained
- Promote safety and create a safe and healthy environment for employees and customers
- Cultivate personalized coffee experiences through storytelling and sharing knowledge of coffee and sustainability practices
- Conduct complimentary coffee tastings and highlight product expertise to build customer base and sales
- Inspire and coach the team to improve sales and service performance through training and development
- Foster collaboration by seeking and providing feedback, building strong colleague relationships, and championing innovative ideas
