Job Qualifications

- Proficiency in workforce management and inventory control
Job Duties
- Lead execution of in-store merchandising in multiple store units
- Drive sales programs and related KPI results
- Foster a customer-centered and engaging team environment
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and 30-60-90 day check-ins for team development
- Manage workforce scheduling and policy compliance
- Provide product knowledge and coaching to associates
- Oversee business operations including inventory, cash handling, and sales processing
