Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven retail management experience
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of merchandising and marketing strategies
  • Ability to analyze reports and make strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in workforce management and inventory control

Job Duties

  • Lead execution of in-store merchandising in multiple store units
  • Drive sales programs and related KPI results
  • Foster a customer-centered and engaging team environment
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings and 30-60-90 day check-ins for team development
  • Manage workforce scheduling and policy compliance
  • Provide product knowledge and coaching to associates
  • Oversee business operations including inventory, cash handling, and sales processing
