Job Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to stand or sit for 8+ hours at a time
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Commitment to upholding company policies and procedures
  • Effective time management and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in retail management or related leadership roles
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze sales and staffing reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coach and develop a team
  • Knowledge of merchandising and inventory management
  • Proficiency in workforce management tools
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the execution of in-store merchandising and company initiatives across multiple store units
  • Drive sales performance goals by holding associates accountable and fostering a customer-centric environment
  • Conduct workforce management activities including scheduling and reconciling punches
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and appearance standards
  • Provide coaching and talent development through one-on-one meetings and skill gap analysis
  • Manage business operations such as inventory control, cash handling, and sales processing
  • Partner with marketing to implement and monitor store social media strategies
  • Ensure timely store opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain awareness of competition and develop strategies to counter
  • Conduct store-level inventory processes and resolve discrepancies
