Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in retail management or related leadership roles
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze sales and staffing reports

- Knowledge of merchandising and inventory management
- Proficiency in workforce management tools
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Job Duties
