The full-time Store Manager role at the Louisville - Outer Loop, KY store location is a key leadership position focused predominantly on managerial responsibilities. The Store Manager will lead and manage the entire store team, ensuring delivery of great customer experiences that fulfill the Customer Brand Promises, while simultaneously achieving desired financial and operational results. This role emphasizes strategic leadership, accountability, and team development rather than engaging in non-managerial tasks like cashiering or stocking shelves.

Key responsibilities include adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies, managing compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and striving to meet sales, profit, and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with annual objectives. The Store Manager will also spearhead safety and shrink prevention programs, oversee staffing and training processes including hiring and coaching, and lead performance management and disciplinary actions as necessary. Furthermore, this manager serves as the Manager on Duty (MOD), providing operational leadership, including cross-training of all department managers, particularly in custom framing selling and production.

This role requires someone who can interact respectfully and positively with team members and customers, projecting a professional image and embodying the company’s core values and vision. Job Duties

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the store including adherence to standard operating procedures and company programs to ensure compliance to applicable laws and requirements
  • Deliver sales plan, profit plan and other KPIs in conjunction with annual performance objectives
  • Lead the execution of customer brand promises
  • Implement and lead shrink and safety programs to deliver goals
  • Use company tools to set, prioritize and communicate goals and provide overall management to team members and customers
  • Staff the store with qualified team members by hiring, training, observing and coaching the team to achieve results
  • Lead performance management process and disciplinary actions as necessary
  • Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD)
  • Maintain operational understanding of all store departments and ensure all managers are cross trained in custom framing selling and production
  • Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner and promote commitment to the organization’s vision and values
