Job Duties

Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests and teammates
speak knowledgeably about products and demonstrate brewing methods
stay informed about current products through tastings and trainings
taste coffee regularly to maintain quality standards
create community in the store by sharing coffee knowledge and joy
support store operations including cleaning, organizing, replenishing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness
work collaboratively to achieve sales goals
promote a safe and respectful work environment
