YETI is actively seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its store in the Edina Galleria, Edina, MN. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, improving store operations, and providing an exceptional customer experience. You will support the Store Manager by helping set sales strategies and daily objectives, while also executing community-focused events that position the store as a hub for outdoor enthusiasts.

This position requires a hands-on leader who leads by example, delivering outstanding customer service and deeply understanding customer needs to convert those insights into sales. The Assistant Store Manager will take ownership of daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and product displays aligned with brand strategy.
