Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years retail management experience
- Ability to work in a climate controlled environment
- Ability to remain stationary, move, and position oneself for extended periods
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to perform essential functions with reasonable accommodations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proficient in technology including Google platform
- Experience with HCM and Business Intelligence tools preferred
Job Qualifications
- 4+ years of retail management experience or equivalent education and experience preferred
- Proficient in Google platform including Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, and Sheets
- Experience with HCM and Business Intelligence tools preferred
Job Duties
- Support company programs to maximize revenue and achieve store goals
- Run the store in the absence of the Store Team Leader
- Reconcile daily funds according to store closing procedures
- Lead and support efficient freight flow and maintain an organized backroom
- Partner with Store Team Leader to maintain inventory levels and proper merchandising
- Lead and support timely placement of products on sales floor according to standards
- Support recruitment, training, and development of store associates
- Ensure store exceeds standards for merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards
- Utilize technology to manage associate data, timekeeping, expenses, and communications
