Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Prior retail experience, preferably in specialty retail environment
- Proven sales background
- Ability to take direction and effectively delegate and execute through others
- Basic math and/or accounting skills
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and reach with arms

- Prior retail experience preferably in specialty retail
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Associates Degree preferred
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and reach with arms
Job Duties
- Ensure store meets or exceeds weekly, monthly, annual sales plan and contributes to district's sales plan
- Model and communicate store's sales mission to staff
- Assist with development of team members' commitment to sales results
- Supervise staff to ensure sales goals and key performance indicators are met
- Model Lindt standards such as 4 Moments of Influence, dress code, up-selling and sales focus
- Monitor and escalate stock levels to avoid out of stocks, overstocks, or dated product
- Support Store Manager with training sales staff to ensure a knowledgeable and well-trained team
- Help train sales staff and develop sales techniques and product knowledge
- Escalate issues to Store Management promptly and professionally
- Ensure store meets operational controls including inventory control, cash management, quality assurance compliance, and store cleanliness
