Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule including mornings, mid-days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to company policies
- Ability to operate point of sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Willingness to learn and follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- Enhance the guest experience with friendly, helpful, and respectful attitude
- Function as a host to greet, seat guests and answer phones
- Support processing "to go" orders and transactions
- Pack food items, roll silverware, make coffee, fill beverage cups and assist to clear dishes
- Maintain clean and orderly lobby, checkout, marketplace and bathroom areas
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the brand, menu and promotions
- Follow PCI compliance standards during credit card and point of sale operations
