Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours
- capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds
- physical ability to perform stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching including above eye level, and climbing ladders
- visual acuity including color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- dependable attendance and punctuality
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- willingness to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and flexible shifts

Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and engage in friendly, personal conversations to establish relationships
- actively circulate the sales floor to understand and meet customer needs
- share benefits of loyalty programs and encourage account openings
- assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and fitting rooms
- support merchandising efforts including price updates, signage, and product placement
- utilize electronic devices and cash registers to support transactions and fulfillment
- collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and deliver excellent customer service
