Job Requirements
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- dependable attendance and punctuality

- ability to read and understand employment policies and safety procedures
- physically able to stand for long periods and lift at least 25 pounds
- capable of stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and reaching above eye level

- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- proficiency in using technology including handheld devices and cash registers
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and build meaningful relationships
- assist customers in expressing personal style and provide product knowledge
- maintain sales floor and fitting room organization and cleanliness
- promote and explain loyalty programs and encourage account openings
- meet and strive to exceed daily sales goals
- collaborate and support team members to enhance customer service
- update signage and merchandise displays to ensure an inviting shopping environment
