Job Requirements
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- regular dependable attendance and punctuality
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
- comfortable using technology including cash registers and handheld devices
- able to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced retail environment
- must meet physical demands such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or sales experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to understand and stay current with fashion trends
- proficiency with electronic devices and point of sale systems
- passion for customer service and hospitality
- ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Job Duties
- greet and engage customers with warmth and professionalism
- assist customers in expressing their personal style and provide fashion advice
- maintain merchandise standards including organizing and recovering items on sales floor and fitting rooms
- promote and explain loyalty programs and credit account benefits
- support fitting room management and upkeep
- achieve daily sales goals and contribute to team targets
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment
