Job Qualifications

- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- knowledge of fashion trends and product knowledge
- comfortable using electronic devices and sales technology
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and assist them in expressing their personal style
- engage in conversations to understand customer needs and provide product knowledge
- promote and explain loyalty programs to customers
- maintain merchandise presentation and store cleanliness
- support fitting room operations and ensure a smooth customer experience
- assist with inventory movements and updating signage
