Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends
- Ability to use electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet customers and create engaging, personal conversations to understand their needs
- Circulate the sales floor to provide product knowledge and style advice
- Promote and explain Macy's loyalty programs and credit account benefits
- Maintain merchandise standards including organizing sales floor and fitting rooms
- Assist with store upkeep to ensure a clean and inviting shopping environment
- Use technology proficiently to process transactions and support fulfillment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service
