Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years or older
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and perform physical tasks
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Ability to bend, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
- Compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements
- Ability to effectively handle cash transactions
- Ability to communicate positively and respectfully in all situations
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- Physical capability to safely use ladders and equipment
Job Qualifications
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures
- Capable of engaging customers in product and program promotions
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Physical ability to perform lifting, stocking, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to learn custom framing processes
Job Duties
- Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
- Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
- Execute cash handling to standards
- Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
- Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
- Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
- Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance
- Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner
- Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
- Other duties as assigned
