Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years or older
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and perform physical tasks
  • Ability to move throughout the store
  • Ability to bend, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
  • Compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements
  • Ability to effectively handle cash transactions
  • Ability to communicate positively and respectfully in all situations
  • Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
  • Physical capability to safely use ladders and equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures
  • Capable of engaging customers in product and program promotions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • Physical ability to perform lifting, stocking, and standing for extended periods
  • Willingness to learn custom framing processes

Job Duties

  • Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
  • Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
  • Execute cash handling to standards
  • Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
  • Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
  • Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
  • Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
  • Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery
  • Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
  • Support shrink and safety programs
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance
  • Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner
  • Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
  • Other duties as assigned
