Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior retail experience in a supervisory or keyholder capacity
Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel, or crouch frequently
Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory retail role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to engage guests of all ages effectively
Flair for merchandising and organizing products attractively
Friendly and outgoing personality
Comfortable working a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties

Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service
Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner
Support store operations including handling cash and managing inventory
Assist in creating a fun and dynamic shopping environment
Collaborate with management to ensure smooth daily store operations
Motivate and guide team members to achieve sales goals
Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
