Job Requirements
- Must be able to work irregular schedules on weekdays, weekends, early evenings, and holidays
- ability to proactively engage customers in a positive and welcoming manner
- physically capable of frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- prior experience in retail keyholder and supervisory roles
- strong merchandising skills

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service supporting the store management team in day-to-day operations
- ensure guests have the best shopping experience
- engage with guests to create entertaining, fun, exciting, and memorable experiences
- proactively intercept, engage, and demonstrate products to customers
- maintain strong merchandising standards
- assist in cash handling and retail supervision
- support store opening and closing procedures
