Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use digital and social media tools for sales
- Capacity to handle physical activities including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling with effective use of selling tools including text and social media
- Build lasting relationships with customers
- Give the best service to customers on their terms
- Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit
- Seek fashion and product knowledge to build expertise
- Work with the team to keep the department customer ready including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
- Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts
- Adapt schedule and duties as needed based on business requirements
