Job Requirements
- Demonstrate selling experience in a fast paced service oriented retail setting
- Ability to greet, sell and thank customers
- Put the customer first at all times
- Provide highly personalized customer service through needs analyses and product recommendations
- Offer promotional products and services
- Resolve customer service issues and escalate as necessary
- Create and maintain good working relationships with fellow associates
- Maintain store appearance with respect to visual merchandising, housekeeping and maintenance standards
- Conduct customer transactions efficiently and accurately on POS
- Conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns and transfer transactions on handheld devices
- Complete any required process controls including paperwork
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Understand and comply with cash handling and loss prevention standard operating procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team oriented environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication in English
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Adaptability to changing priorities and unexpected situations
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics
- Ability to pass federal criminal history records check and applicable FAA and Department of Transportation requirements
- Ability to perform computer work, heavy lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for long periods, climbing, bending
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a store or group of stores
