Job Requirements

  • Demonstrate selling experience in a fast paced service oriented retail setting
  • Ability to greet, sell and thank customers
  • Put the customer first at all times
  • Provide highly personalized customer service through needs analyses and product recommendations
  • Offer promotional products and services
  • Resolve customer service issues and escalate as necessary
  • Create and maintain good working relationships with fellow associates
  • Maintain store appearance with respect to visual merchandising, housekeeping and maintenance standards
  • Conduct customer transactions efficiently and accurately on POS
  • Conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns and transfer transactions on handheld devices
  • Complete any required process controls including paperwork
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a safe working environment
  • Understand and comply with cash handling and loss prevention standard operating procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team oriented environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective communication in English
  • Self-starter with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and unexpected situations
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics
  • Ability to pass federal criminal history records check and applicable FAA and Department of Transportation requirements
  • Ability to perform computer work, heavy lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for long periods, climbing, bending
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a store or group of stores
