Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old to work at this location
- Ability to handle cash and perform fuel transactions
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Ability to prepare food following safety guidelines
- Capability to multitask and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work full-time or part-time shifts
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or foodservice is advantageous but not required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years old to work at this location
Job Duties
- Handle cash transactions accurately including fuel sales
- Assist customers by providing excellent service and promoting the 7Rewards loyalty program
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the store
- Stock and replenish store inventory regularly
- Prepare food items following health and safety guidelines including coffee preparation
- Ensure compliance with proper food service safety and health code standards
- Engage with customers to create a friendly shopping atmosphere
