Job Requirements

A desire for meeting and exceeding customer expectations on every visit
Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer ready
Ability to ensure proper food preparation and presentation including making coffee
Excellence in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the Speedy Rewards loyalty program
Ability to follow proper health code guidelines
The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in cashier, retail, or foodservice roles is an advantage but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow health and safety regulations
Basic math skills for cash handling
Capability to work various shifts including early mornings and late nights
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Handle cash transactions accurately
Conduct fuel transactions following safety protocols
Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
