Job Duties
- Greet and connect with customers in a friendly and genuine way
- recommend product by asking questions to identify customer needs and inspiring purchases
- offer options and solutions to customers to complete the sale
- wrap-up the moment to close out the customer’s shopping journey
- master store products, services, loyalty programs, and sales systems
- maintain department recovery standards including selling floor and fitting rooms
- deliver optimal merchandise execution presentation, ensure accurate merchandise pricing, and process markdowns
- foster an environment of acceptance and respect strengthening relationships with colleagues, customers, and communities
