Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 25 pounds
- Effective communication skills in English
- Capability to read and understand employment policies and safety procedures
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable handling electronic devices and cash register operations

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and build personal relationships on the sales floor
- Understand and communicate effectively product features and benefits to customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms
- Achieve daily and monthly sales goals through proactive selling and customer engagement
- Provide personalized shopping experiences by offering tailored recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and store operations
- Participate in merchandising tasks including restocking, updating signs, and managing inventory
