Job Duties
- Greet and connect with customers in a friendly and genuine way
- recommend products by asking questions to identify customer needs and inspire purchases
- offer options and solutions to customers to complete the sale
- wrap up the moment to close out the customer's shopping journey, celebrating their purchases
- master store products, services, loyalty programs, and Macy's sales systems to help customers find what they need
- maintain department recovery standards including sales floor and fitting rooms
- deliver optimal merchandise presentation, ensure accurate pricing, and process markdowns timely and accurately
- foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships with colleagues and customers
