Job Qualifications

- Previous retail sales experience is beneficial but not required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly, personal conversations to build relationships
- Understand customer needs and offer personalized product recommendations
- Maintain and organize the sales floor and fitting rooms to ensure a clean and inviting shopping environment
- Review and stay informed about sales goals, new products, promotions, and current trends
- Process transactions accurately including cash register and electronic devices
- Promote Macy’s Loyalty program and ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales targets and maintain high service standards
