Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous retail or sales experience preferred
excellent communication skills
basic math proficiency
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds
ability to comply with company policies and procedures
ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Job Qualifications

ability to perform basic math
skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff

Job Duties

Maintain accurate money handling and proficiency on the cash register
maintain end-of-shift paperwork and closing procedures
meet all sales goals as directed
participate in physical inventories
unpack incoming freight promptly and check against packing slips
maintain cleanliness of the respective shop
demonstrate excellent salesmanship in a warm and friendly atmosphere
adhere to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI Compliance)
exemplify core values, family style service, and mission and vision
support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) culture
perform other job-related duties as assigned
