Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential
- must be at least 18 years of age at time of application

Job Duties
- Engage with customers to provide personalized product advice and exceptional customer service
- actively contribute to achieving individual and store sales goals
- organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise to maintain store appearance
- perform cashier duties including accurate processing of payments
- stay informed about Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories to share product knowledge and boost sales
- collaborate with team members to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand
