Job Requirements
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- capability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- close vision and color perception required

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience beneficial but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team
- basic proficiency with electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- enthusiasm for meeting sales goals and delivering excellent customer service
- adaptability and resourcefulness in a dynamic retail environment
Job Duties
- greet and assist customers with warmth and hospitality
- understand and meet customer needs with personalized product recommendations
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- stay knowledgeable about new products, promotions, and sales goals
- engage customers to achieve daily sales targets
