Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage customers with genuine hospitality
- Basic proficiency with electronic devices such as cash registers and handheld scanners
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to meeting sales goals and supporting team dynamics
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage them in friendly, personal conversations to build relationships
- Use product knowledge to provide personalized recommendations and connect customers with the right products and services
- Maintain clean, organized, and shoppable sales floors and fitting rooms by recovering merchandise, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves
- Achieve daily sales goals through smart selling behaviors and effective customer engagement
- Finish transactions by sharing loyalty program benefits, ensuring customer satisfaction, and thanking customers sincerely
- Collaborate with teammates to create an honest, caring, and supportive work environment
- Stay informed about new arrivals, current trends, and promotions to sell with confidence
