Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- customer service experience in retail or related field
- ability to communicate effectively with customers of all ages and backgrounds
- knowledge of fashion trends and styling preferred
- ability to operate modern retail technology and payment systems
- strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Deliver excellent customer service to build wardrobes and inspire customers
- participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation
- guide customers through the brand experience to build authentic connections
- use modern store technology including POS and communication devices to process sales and promote loyalty programs
- support shipment processes and contribute to omni-channel order fulfillment including in-store and curbside pickup
- maintain maurices visual and operational standards
- assist in cashier duties
