Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for fashion and styling
Ability to use modern retail technology such as POS systems and tablets
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings

Job Duties

Deliver excellent customer service by building authentic connections with customers
Assist customers in building wardrobes by advising on style and fit
Participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation
Use store technology such as POS systems and tablets to process sales and promote loyalty programs
Support product flow including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
Maintain store operational standards focusing on customer experience
Promote omni-channel shopping including in-store and curbside pickups
