Job Requirements
- at least 16 years of age
- willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in retail sales or customer service is advantageous but not required
- strong interpersonal and communication skills

- basic technical aptitude and familiarity with technology

Job Duties
- create an unforgettable shopping experience that inspires customers and builds their wardrobes
- deliver excellent customer service with confidence, product knowledge, and style advice
- participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
- operate modern store technology including POS, payment systems, and tablets
- support shipment processes and contribute to omni order fulfillment such as curbside and in-store pick-up
- promote loyalty programs and credit services
- maintain maurices' visual and operational standards with a customer-centric focus
