Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of selling experience
- Must maintain current and valid driver's license
- Daytime travel approximately 25%, with the possibility of occasional overnight stay
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrate commitment to meet or exceed customers' expectations
- Demonstrate good judgment and show respect for others
- Ability to work independently, but also successful team building skills
- Ability to communicate with email and basic internet skills

Job Duties
- Serves as brand ambassador and face of Wells to customers and consumers
- Provides best in class customer service, shares expertise on Wells brands and products, resolves all issues and concerns, and maintains strong relationship with store personnel
- Maintains full distribution on existing SKUs and ensures placement of new items on shelf based on approved planogram
- Completes daily merchandising tasks such as filling out of stocks, making on-hand adjustments as necessary, facing product, tagging, rotating, building displays, placing POS materials, and providing reset support
- Proactively makes incremental sales by securing displays and pre-selling items for upcoming promotions
- Effectively manages time and priorities for store calls within territory
- Ensures store calls are completed based on assigned store call frequency
- Completes accurate and timely database entries, reporting, recaps, expense reports, store audit information, and other ad hoc requests
