Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of selling experience
  • Must maintain current and valid driver's license
  • Daytime travel approximately 25%, with the possibility of occasional overnight stay
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Demonstrate commitment to meet or exceed customers' expectations
  • Demonstrate good judgment and show respect for others
  • Ability to work independently, but also successful team building skills
  • Ability to communicate with email and basic internet skills

Job Duties

  • Serves as brand ambassador and face of Wells to customers and consumers
  • Provides best in class customer service, shares expertise on Wells brands and products, resolves all issues and concerns, and maintains strong relationship with store personnel
  • Maintains full distribution on existing SKUs and ensures placement of new items on shelf based on approved planogram
  • Completes daily merchandising tasks such as filling out of stocks, making on-hand adjustments as necessary, facing product, tagging, rotating, building displays, placing POS materials, and providing reset support
  • Proactively makes incremental sales by securing displays and pre-selling items for upcoming promotions
  • Effectively manages time and priorities for store calls within territory
  • Ensures store calls are completed based on assigned store call frequency
  • Completes accurate and timely database entries, reporting, recaps, expense reports, store audit information, and other ad hoc requests
