Job Qualifications

- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- proficiency with electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- knowledge of current fashion trends and product assortments is a plus
- ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and offer personalized recommendations
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- review sales goals and stay informed about new products and promotions
- engage customers through friendly conversations to build relationships and loyalty
- assist with floor recovery tasks such as restocking merchandise and updating pricing
- share loyalty program benefits and complete transactions with genuine appreciation
- collaborate with team members to support store success and meet sales targets
