Job Requirements
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- regular and dependable attendance and punctuality

- comfort with collaborating with customers and colleagues
- physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach

- frequent use of technology including registers, handheld devices, and computers
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic proficiency with electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- ability to meet daily sales target challenges
- capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- eagerness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and engage in personal conversations to build relationships
- understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- maintain and organize the sales floor and fitting rooms to ensure a clean and inviting shopping environment
- update signs, pricing, and assist with merchandise moves as needed
- achieve daily sales goals through smart selling behaviors and customer engagement
- share benefits of the loyalty program and ensure customers have a positive checkout experience
- collaborate with team members to support a respectful and productive work environment
