Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers coworkers and supervisors
- Ability to read and understand employment and safety policies in English
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to meet daily sales goals
- Comfortable using electronic devices including cash registers
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25lbs

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency with electronic devices and cash registers
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused with a friendly and outgoing personality
Job Duties
- Greet customers with warmth and enthusiasm to create personal connections
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms
- Stay informed on new merchandise arrivals, sales promotions, and current trends to assist customers effectively
- Achieve daily and weekly sales goals through effective customer engagement and smart selling
- Collaborate with team members to support a positive and productive work environment
- Complete sales transactions accurately and promote Macy's Loyalty program benefits
