Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to read computer terminals
Ability to push, pull, or move objects of at least 25 pounds
Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom involving repetitive bending, standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Effective communication skills
Ability to follow instructions accurately
Customer service experience preferred but not required
Basic operational knowledge of retail environments
Ability to work under supervision
Willingness to learn and adapt to company standards

Job Duties

Meet and exceed sales goals
Maintain brand and operational standards including visual and cleanliness
Manage customer needs and exceed expectations by following UNIQLO service standards
Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist as needed
Act as cashier following cashier protocol
Process shipments and ensure merchandise is available in full size runs on the floor
Assist management in resolving store issues
Provide product and brand knowledge to customers
Follow company policies and report infractions
Assist with special projects assigned by management
